Desiree McBride graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1989.  She started her career at New England Memorial Hospital working with both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  After moving to Minnesota, she worked as a pediatric physical therapist in the hospital, outpatient, school, and home health settings. After having her own three children, Desiree became interested in manual therapy and outpatient orthopedics.  She has spent the last twenty years in this setting.  She has studied myofascial release, strain counter strain, muscle energy techniques, Kinesio taping, and Mulligan Techniques.  She believes firmly in giving patient's the best possible care and she works hard to find the most efficient treatment for her patients. Her philosophy is to do a thorough evaluation, treat the patient with hands-on manual techniques, instruct them in the most effective exercises and educate them on their condition and self-help techniques.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, traveling, and spending time with family.
