TARGETED STRENGTH
TARGETED STRENGTH, a Personal Training Program is a one-on-one, fully customized strengthening program designed to safely bridge the gap between rehabilitation and independent fitness. Each session focuses on proper exercise technique, safe lifting mechanics, and progressive strengthening based on the client’s injury history, recovery stage, and individual goals.
Programs are thoughtfully designed around the client’s available equipment, whether at home or at a local gym. The trainer may also meet clients at their gym if permitted by the facility (Planet Fitness, for example, allows this).
