We are a boutique outpatient clinic focused on quality over volume. Our therapists treat patients one at a time, allowing space for thoughtful evaluation, skilled manual therapy, and meaningful patient relationships—without the pressure of double-booking or rushed sessions.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care during one-on-one treatment sessions
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify movement dysfunctions and root causes of pain
- Develop and progress customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and lifestyles
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain clear, thoughtful documentation
- Commit to lifelong learning through mentorship, continuing education, and self-study
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; manual therapy background strongly encouraged
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Position Details
