Each session is carefully structured around your injury history, current recovery stage, and personal goals. Emphasis is placed on proper exercise technique, safe lifting mechanics, and progressive strengthening to ensure your body adapts without unnecessary strain or risk of re-injury.
Programs are thoughtfully designed around the equipment you have access to — whether at home or at a local gym. When permitted by the facility (Planet Fitness, for example, allows this), your trainer may also meet you at your gym to guide you through your program in the environment where you plan to continue exercising independently.
