STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to core strengthening in compliance with the modern understanding of biomechanics. It promotes body awareness and proper body alignment, so all exercises are performed in a safe and effective manner. As a result, PILATES is an excellent exercise regimen choice for everyone, from individuals who are in need of additional rehabilitation following an injury or surgery to athletes who wants to take their exercise routines to the next level.

Using a balance barre as a prop this non-impact class combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to sculpt lean muscles using isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.

Our instructor will guide you through a series of self-massage, sculpting, and toning movements that will smooth out fascia, elongate muscles, balance and build the core, and release toxins and stress, using a variety of rollers and balls. You will improve posture, look slimmer and taller, and feel great.
Session 1: Wednesdays 4:15 - 5:30 p.m.
Core training includes elements of these popular fitness systems that focus on isolated strengthening, full body flexibility, and proper, safe exercise technique.
